RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Expectations for Your Role

As a Customer-Centric Autonomous Vehicle Operator, your responsibilities include:

• Interacting with riders and operational teams to ensure a seamless experience.

• Providing feedback on vehicle comfort and operational efficiency to improve overall performance.

• Conducting daily safety checks and inspections of autonomous vehicles.

• Maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles, both inside and out, as required.

• Operating vehicles in accordance with traffic safety procedures and best driving practices.

• Performing other related duties as assigned to support operational needs.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for Success

Your qualifications and experience are vital in supporting our mission to deliver safe and enjoyable autonomous vehicle experiences. We seek candidates who demonstrate:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Over 3 years of driving experience, preferably with autonomous vehicles or related technologies.

• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs regularly and assist individuals in wheelchairs when necessary.

• Methodical, process-oriented, and organized with strong documentation skills.

• Ability to remain composed under pressure.

• Technical background in electronics, mechanical systems, or computer operations is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles.

• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle technologies.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

LOCATION AND SHIFTS

• Location: Eden Prairie, MN, United States

• Schedule: Multiple shifts available, 6 days a week: Full-Time (30+ hrs) and Part-Time (5-7 hrs per shift, 2-3 shifts weekly)
